Manufacturer Parts Warranty
All HVAC systems installed by McKinney HVAC include a 10-Year Manufacturer Parts Warranty and 10-Year Compressor Warranty.
As part of our installation service, we manage the manufacturer registration on your behalf to ensure your system qualifies for the complete extended warranty coverage.
If a covered component or the compressor fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturer defect, the manufacturer will supply a replacement part at no charge for the part itself, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Manufacturer warranties cover parts only, not labor. That’s why we go a step further.
Every system installed through McKinney HVAC, includes a 5-Year Labor Guarantee. If any issue arises due to installation within five years, our install team will fix it at no cost to you.
