Free Local Delivery
McKinney HVAC provides free delivery of HVAC equipment to residential addresses within our service area. All equipment is delivered directly to your property in coordination with your installation date or as a standalone delivery if purchased separately.
Our service area includes McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano, Prosper, Celina, and surrounding Collin County communities.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Equipment ordered on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
Some equipment may require additional lead time depending on availability from our authorized distributors. We will confirm your delivery timeline before scheduling.
Delivery Timing
Equipment is delivered directly to your property in coordination with your scheduled installation date.
Delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time window.
Installation Services
Professional installation is available for an additional fee. Our certified technicians will handle all aspects of the installation process.
Installation appointments are scheduled after delivery confirmation. We recommend scheduling installation within 7 days of delivery to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to commercial addresses, PO boxes, or addresses outside our service area. Customers outside our service area may arrange their own delivery or contact us for special shipping quotes.
Damage and Defects
All equipment is inspected before delivery. If you notice any damage or defects upon delivery, please document with photos and contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Equipment must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
